Travis Senter – Board Member

Travis built his cotton operation from the ground up – literally. In 1995, he constructed a private cotton gin on his Keiser farm designed to handle his own production. As a self-made businessman, Travis appreciates and values hard work and those up to the task. He describes the Arkansas Boll Weevil Eradication Foundation as a big business that runs like a tight ship.

He credits the success of the program in Arkansas to the quality staff that oversees the Foundation’s day to day business and their sound judgement and decision-making. According to him, the key to the Foundation’s work has been rooted in its ability to function collaboratively with the cotton-growing community.
